Each piece is crafted in limited quantities with care and intention. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Worldwide: DHL Express or FedEx, 5–10 business days.
Bali: 5–10 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Bali: Free delivery
  • Indonesia: $8 flat rate
  • International: $25 flat rate
  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $500

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival.

These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Matahari The Label is not responsible for delays, returns, or extra charges caused by unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees.

If an order is returned due to unpaid customs charges, refusal of delivery, incorrect shipping details, or failure to respond to the courier, any refund will be issued only after deducting shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any courier fees.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

Return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only if they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

International orders returned due to unpaid duties, refusal of delivery, incorrect shipping details, or failure to respond to the courier will be refunded only after deducting shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any courier fees.

Sale items, gift cards, made-to-order, customised, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
