It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We ship with DHL Express almost everywhere (except a few countries like Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.). Your order usually arrives within7 business days.
This depends on your country’s regulations. Customs duties and taxes, if applied, are the customer’s responsibility.

Knitwear: Hand wash or gentle cold cycle. Turn inside out, use mild detergent, and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing or twisting. A steamer works best. Dry cleaning is also acceptable.
Other garments: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Use mild detergent, no bleach. Air dry or lay flat; avoid tumble drying. Iron on low heat if needed.
Returns & Restocks
Yes, within 7 days for unworn items in original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
