Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We ship with DHL Express almost everywhere (except a few countries like Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.). Your order usually arrives within 7 business days.

Sizing & Care
You’ll find a size guide on size guide page. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Or just reach out — we’re happy to help 💌
Knitwear: Hand wash or gentle cold cycle. Turn inside out, use mild detergent, and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing or twisting. A steamer works best. Dry cleaning is also acceptable.
Other garments: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Use mild detergent, no bleach. Air dry or lay flat; avoid tumble drying. Iron on low heat if needed.
Returns & Restocks
Yes, within 7 days for unworn items in original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
