SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Matahari The Label, we celebrate slow fashion - each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention, ensuring exclusivity and timeless elegance. Since we do not mass-produce, please review the following shipping and returns guidelines before placing your order.


SHIPPING

Processing Time:
Each order is made with precision and love. Standard processing takes 2-5 business  days  before shipment.

Delivery Time:

  • Worldwide: DHL Express (5-10 business days, depending on location).

  • Bali: Standard delivery within 5-10 business days. For next-day delivery requests, please contact us via info@mataharithelabel.com or DM us on Instagram.

Shipping Costs:

  • Bali: Free delivery via Gojek.

  • Indonesia (outside Bali): Flat rate of $8.

  • International: Flat rate of $25 via DHL Express.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $300 qualify for free international shipping.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package every step of the way.

Import Taxes & Duties:
Import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Matahari pieces. If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how it works:

Eligibility:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Incorrect or Faulty Items:
We ensure the highest quality, but if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, email us at info@mataharithelabel.com. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Before Shipment: Full refund or exchange.

  • After Shipment: Return within 7 days, adhering to our return conditions.

  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable for cancellations after dispatch.

  • Customized or Made-to-Order Items: Non-returnable or refundable.


MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOMIZED PIECES


Due to their personalized nature, made-to-order and customized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if incorrect measurements were provided.
