Our commitment to slow fashion means that each design you order is carefully handcrafted with love and attention, ensuring that it is a unique work of art. We do not mass-produce any of our items, so please allow us to provide you with the following shipping and returns guidelines.

Processing Time:

We take pride in crafting your order with care and precision. Standard shipping items typically require 2-5 business days for processing.

Delivery Time:

Experience the convenience of next-day delivery within Bali (excluding Sundays and official holidays).

For our cherished customers worldwide, delivery times may vary but generally range from 5-10 business days, contingent on your location.

Shipping Costs:

For orders within Indonesia, the shipping cost is a flat rate of $8.

For international orders, the shipping cost is $25.

Ethical Production:

Rest assured, all our shipments originate from our ethical studio in Bali, where each item is meticulously crafted with integrity and passion.

Tracking:

Upon dispatch of your order, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link. Stay informed and monitor your shipment's progress every step of the way.

Tax and Customs Duties

Import Tax:

Please be mindful that each country has its own import tax regulations.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify and settle any import tax that may be applicable upon delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that circumstances may change, prompting the need to return or exchange an item. Here are our guidelines:

Return and Exchange Window:

We are pleased to offer a full refund or exchange if you contact us to initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items:

Returned items must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags attached.

Shipping Costs:

Kindly note that Matahari The Label does not cover shipping and handling costs for items returned due to a change of mind.

Recommended Courier:

We advise using a courier with tracking capabilities, as we cannot assume responsibility for items that fail to reach our studio.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

While we meticulously quality-check our items, we acknowledge the possibility of errors. In the event you receive an incorrect or faulty item:

Please contact us at info@mataharithelabel.com, and we will facilitate the return and exchange process at no additional charge.

Upon receipt of the item at our studio, we will promptly inspect it and issue a refund or exchange.

 

Order Cancellations

Should you need to cancel an order, please notify us promptly. Below are the guidelines for order cancellations:

Before Shipment:

If you cancel your order before it's dispatched, we can provide a full refund or exchange.

After Shipment:

Should the item already be shipped, you must return it within 7 days of receiving your order, adhering to the new, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags attached.

Shipping Costs:

Please be advised that Matahari The Label will not cover shipping and handling costs for returning a cancelled item.

Condition of Items:

Items must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags attached. Customized or adjusted items are ineligible for return or refund.

Sale Items

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items.

 

Made to Order & Customized Items

For made-to-order and fully customized items, refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated if incorrect measurements were provided.
